Terms of Service
Short, and written so you can actually read it. If something here would surprise you later, we would rather you knew now.
What we provide
WorksiteBase is cloud software for trades and field service businesses. Depending on your plan it covers customer and job management, estimating and invoicing, scheduling and dispatch, time tracking, materials, and a website with domain and email.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for what happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access.
What you may not do
Use the service to break the law, to send unsolicited bulk email, to store data you have no right to hold, or to attempt to access other customers’ data. We reserve the right to suspend an account that does.
Payment
Plans are billed monthly in advance. Setup fees are one-time and charged when the work begins. Prices are shown before tax; sales tax is added at checkout where applicable.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee. We do not refund part-months, and we do not require you to give notice weeks in advance.
Your data when you leave
Your business data stays available for export for a limited period after cancellation, and your domain is registered to your business and remains yours. We do not hold data hostage as a retention tactic.
Availability
We aim to keep the service available at all times but do not promise uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance is announced in advance and scheduled outside typical working hours where possible.
Liability
The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms materially, we will tell you by email before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms; if you do not, you can cancel.
Who you are contracting with
The operating entity for WorksiteBase in the United States is being established. Governing law and venue will follow its state of formation and are stated here as soon as the registration is complete. Until then, questions go to hello@worksitebase.com.
